Appointment Policies

  1. Appointment Deposit:
    • A £50 deposit will be taken at checkout upon booking your treatment through the booking system.
    • This deposit will be deducted from your final treatment bill on the day of your appointment.
    • If you choose not to proceed with the treatment or if the practitioner decides you are not a suitable candidate, the £50 deposit will be refunded within 3-5 business days.
  2. Appointment Cancellation:
    • To receive a full £50 deposit refund, you must provide 72 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your booking.
    • If 72 hours’ notice is not provided, the full deposit will be forfeited.

Dissolving Filler

  1. Medical Reasons:
    • If you need to dissolve dermal filler due to medical reasons (e.g., allergic reaction or bumps in the lips), a consultation with the practitioner will assess the need for dissolving.
    • This treatment will be carried out at the practitioner’s discretion, and you will be liable for 50% of the charge unless it is a medical emergency or allergic reaction.
  2. Aesthetic Reasons:
    • Fillers will not be dissolved if you dislike the aesthetic result.
    • L’Amour Clinic is not responsible for any charges related to dissolving fillers for aesthetic reasons.
    • L’Amour Clinic only dissolves fillers administered by L’Amour Clinic practitioners, not those from other clinics.

Birthday Offers

  • The 20% birthday discount cannot be applied to treatments that are already discounted.
  • You can only redeem your birthday offer during the month of your birthday.

Parking

  • Parking at all clinic locations is at your own risk.
  • The clinic will not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft.
